 Like all extensions that display something on the Joomla frontend (i.e. on your web site), JCal Pro is viewed when users click a "JCal Pro" menu item. It is essential that tyou create this menu item for the correct functioning of JCal Pro on your site. 

1. Using the backend Joomla installer, Install JCal Pro as described in the Documentation
2. In the backend, choose 'Menu > mainmenu' using the links at the top of the page.
3. Click 'New' using the toolbar at the top-right.
4. On the 'New Menu Item' screen, choose 'Component' in the 'Components' list.
5. On the 'Add Menu Item :: Component' screen, enter a title for the menu item and select 'JCal Pro' from list of components.
6. Select 'Save' from toolbar at the top-right.
