How do I upgrade my subscription?
Existing subscribers can take advantage of an upgrade credit as follows:
  1. Subscribe to the NEW Subscription of your choice.
  2. Forward both the OLD and NEW payment receipts and your username to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
  3. Make the e-mail subject "Subscription upgrade".

Once we receive and verify and your information, we'll credit you the pro-rated cost of your original subscription.

Upgrade pricing is available for the following subscriptions:

  • JCal Pro Basic >> Developer Special 1
  • JCal Pro Basic >> Developer Special 2

There is no upgrade credit available for the following:
