I have paid but cannot download, what do I do?

If you have completed your payment but cannot download the appropriate extension, one of two things is likely to have occurred.

  1.  You have subscribed to the wrong extension
  2. You did not return to this site once your payment was complete
Either way, the solution is the same. Use the Contact Form to send us a message. This will generate an automated response with further instructions. If you follow the instructions in this message, you can expect a response within 48 hours though often this occurrs on the same day.

If you do not receive a repsonse, please feel free to post on the Billing, Subscriptions and the GPL board of the fourms. Be careful not to post and transaction ids or billing info on the forum for security reasons.
