Existing JCal Pro users (v1.0.x) should follow the upgrade path below.

Note: JCal Pro v1.5.x requires some changes to any custom themes you may be using. More details can be found on the Themes board.

1. Backup your entire Joomla! installation including files and databases.
2. Note the configuration of mod_jcalpro_latest_events and mod_jcalpro_minical.
3. Uninstall the main JCal Pro component and both modules. The event data, categories and settings will be saved as the JCal Pro database is not deleted when the component is removed.
4. Install the new version of the component. Note that all your existing events need to be published. Use the backend JCal Pro Event Manager to publish all your events as appropriate. Note: Some users report that publishing the existing events needs to be repeated a total of two (2) times to be successful. If your first attempt to publish the event fails, simply publish the events again.
5. In the Administrative back-end, open the JCal Pro category manager. Open each category, select the appropriate permissions level and save the category. Note: Even if you are not changing the permissions, this step is necessary to properly display the category permission level (public by default) in the category manager.
6. Install the new versions of the modules. Configure the modules based on the settings you noted in (2), above. Publish the modules as appropriate.
7. Install and publish the search mambot if you want the Joomla! search function to return calendar events as well content items.
8. If you have existing events which have images associated with them, you will have to manually open each one for editing and then save/update the event. Otherwise, you will see a "deprecated" error message in the event details.

Yes I did and it still doesn't work.
So now I decided to re-install the old version, but now that won't install. It comes with this error message:

SQL Error DB function failed with error number 1136
Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 SQL=INSERT IGNORE INTO jos_jcalpro_categories VALUES (1,0,'General', 'This is the default category', '#000000','#EEF0F0', 2, 1, 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00');
SQL =

INSERT IGNORE INTO jos_jcalpro_categories VALUES (1,0,'General', 'This is the default category', '#000000','#EEF0F0', 2, 1, 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00')

Have no idea what all this means... Hope you can help.
