Hi
I just upgraded from version 1.0 to 1.5.

I installed the component, published some events and installed and published the latest events module.

The events will be listed on the front page but once I click on an event i'll get the following error message:
Code:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.de/httpdocs/mambots/content/mosthumb.php on line 58

Any ideas what could be wrong.
I tried already to use the noWYSIWYG Editor with no scuccess.

I am using JCE 1.1.as editor.

Regards

Have you upgraded the component following the instructions?

I mean, did you uninstall EVERYTHING (component, modules, mambot) from 1.0 version before installing 1.5?

If it's not so much trouble, you should try re-downloading all of the files, and re-installing. This way you can rule things out, and you also have the benefit of downloading a fixed version of the files.

Salutes!

I am only using the component and the latesr events module.

just for kicks, can u install the JCal search mambot also, publish it and see if the error is still there? This appears to have something to do with the Joomla! content searchbot.

It's a similar problem to this one.

Bingo - I just unpublished the MOSTHUMB Mambot and now it seems to work.

I think I don't need the mambot at the moment so it's OK for me.

Thanks

Wanted to mention that these problems with mambot incompatibilities have been resolved and are in the latest Zip release. If you get a chance, re-enable this mambot and let us know if the conflict is gone.

Hi all

I installed the latest version of the module, re activated MOSThumb and the error message is gone.

Thanks a lot.

The only thing I love to have is what I mentioned earlier in the feature request section. It would be great in the module (or even the component) to define or choose the output format of the date (MM-dd-YY or dd-MM-YY). Since a lot of people in Europe use this great component it's very complicated to change the //if months are not the same... section in the PHP-file of the module.

Best regards
