Does the Spartan theme work with the 1.6 version in Joomla 1.5 yet?

This is the error I get when attempting to install it.
Code:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: upload() in /home/genevang/public_html/wesley/administrator/components/com_jcalpro/installer/installer.php on line 123

Any ideas?

I'm really just trying to figure out if this is an error on my part.. or if this is a limitation of the 1.6 beta.  Am I the only one that has this problem?
