Hi there,
I did happen to purchase 1.6 beta , the cal install done successfully on my test site, but not the joomlafish plugin, when I try to use mambot install, i was getting the error Upload mambot - Upload Failed
ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.
[ Continue ... ]

I wish i could have the joomlagish plugin installed as I have multilangual site , one other thing is that since I did install Jcalpro and when I start accessing the cal my scroller text underneath the logo is getting pushed up above the logo, this is very strange, as I did not had this behavior before setting up the cal ..does this cal have a side effect on some scripts running on my site?like ajax /jave etc ....?I would love to have this issue sorted out before start publishing the cal on my live site ...

and also looking diffrent theme to download , any ideas where can i find them ?

and do you have any idea if there is a way to enable tooltip on your component ? could u explain how, as my knowledge of PHP and joomla is very limited ...
many thanks for the great support in advance ..
Eiman

You can do it manually, just put the two files of the joomfish_plugin in the contentelements directory of joomfish (/administrator/components/com_joomfish/contentelements/)!!

Can't figure out what you mean with your second question. Maybe you could be more precise here.

Tooltips can certainly be integrated with a little programming, in many different ways.

Is that smooth gallery? I have a working site with smooth gallery and jcal but with no scrolling module. I couldn´t find a quick solution. Would be much easier and quicker to analyse the sources.

JCal doesn´t have very much javascript. You can make your own theme and kick off the javascript stuff to falsify your theorie. You can also remove the css file, a next candidate for side effects.

And off course you should validate your template to assure that all tags are correctly closed.

I don´t know of any place where themes for jcal are offered. Have you asked dr. google?

As far as I know there is no simple switch for tooltips.
