I realize this issue has been referred in prior versions of JCal, but I cannot find a the actual fix for the prior versions or additional insight regarding the nature of the problem. The starting time shows in other views, but not the popup. My installation is running Joomla 1.5.1 Stable, Windows IIS, PHP 5, mySQL 4... any ideas?
