I want to show the dates that content items were posted, next to the section and category. Is that possible to set?
Can it also be set for non- native content bots?

This is not a default feature of the Joomla content search mambot, which is currently being used to display the search results. It could be modifed, as could other search mambots, to display this or other data associated with the content of interest.
