Greetings,

have just installed eXpose extensions, latest album, random album, etc on Joomla 1.5.1 [seenu]

get bad links from the modules to the eXpose gallery albums.

for instance:
http://mydomain.comhttp//mydomain.com/cms/index.php?option=com_expose&album=3

see the domain being inserted into the URL?
any clues?

The extensions are not yet compatible with Joomla! 1.5.

Why don't you specify that the module isn't yet compatible with joomla 1.5 before downloading the module ?

I've had the same link issue with all of the modules as well and corrected the problem by removing the ($mosConfig_live_site) references in key places in the module's php file.  Example, open the mod_expose_albums_list.php file, goto lines (144,180,195) and remove the ($mosConfig_live_site.) reference from the link echo statements.

Change Line 180 From:
echo '<option value="'.sefRelToAbs($mosConfig_live_site.'/index.php?option=com_expose&Itemid='&topcoll='.$arr[

Change Line 180 To:
echo '<option value="'.sefRelToAbs('index.php?option=com_expose&Itemid='.$use_component_itemid.'&topcoll='.$arr[

This small change has worked for me in the other modules as well, just don't forget to provide the ItemID in the module's manager page or it will open the content in a generic page without your other modules.  I hope that helps.

On another note, I would agree that the web site needs to specify that the modules are not yet compatible with Joomla 1.5.  It would be nice to know a GA time-frame as well.

We are working on better labellings now but our document management application needs an upgrade first (the existing system is not managing the large number of users on this site very well).
