Hi

How do you change the size of the thumbnails displayed in the Featured Media Gallery?

It takes the size from the thumbnails generated by expose (that size is configured on the Expose component settings).

I was looking for an answer so that the featured images module would display images much larger than 42 px wide. Without messing up the navigation once viewing the expose gallery.

You can configure the CSS settings so that the thumbnail is displayed at any size you want, but small images expanded often don't appear nicely.
