You must have been reading my mind. I was wishing for a 'latest images' module for Expose, and suddenly there it is!!

Having subscribed and eagerly installed the module I published it only to find it wasn't displaying anything other than its title.

Any ideas what I should do?

Ian.

Hi Ian, I'm glad you like the package. Can i have the URL to your published module? I will need it to determine the problem.

Hi Ian. You are using an older version of expose. All our modules require the newest version of expose, which is RC4. You can get it here http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/expose/.

Read this before you upgrade. http://www.gotgtek.com/forum/index.php?topic=620.0 and http://www.gotgtek.com/forum/index.php?topic=737.0 and http://www.gotgtek.com/forum/index.php?topic=761.0. They have tips so that you do not lose your albums and images during the upgrade.

Sorry. Upgrading didn't work. Also tried re-installing the modules.

Still not displaying anything from the gallery.

More ideas?

Hi Ian,

Have you opened the Expose Album Manager from your Joomla administrative area? When you do, the album manager should prompt you to "assign id's" to all your albums. You need to let it do that.

Let me know if this helps.

SOOOOOO close!

I now have a list of albums (no thumbs) but the links don't go anywhere.

I get this: "Not Found. The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server."

At least I've managed to get the album manager in the backend working now!

Any more thoughts (apart from 'Go Away')?

Ian.

The Featured Media module has been updated to version 1.1 and should solve this problem.
