Hello
I would consider it a valuable feature if an event could be tagged with and end date, after which it is not published anymore and can be archived, similar to the same feature that we have in the contents items.

Another important feature would be a "jump to date" feature, as scrolling through the months is very cumbersome.

I wonder if I am the only one who misses these things, since I did not found a thread concerning this.

Yes Yes Yes - I'd love to see the jump to date (or date picker) option for users to be able to see what is happening in (say) 6 months time without having to scroll through the 6 months.
