Hi
Just got the component and installed it on y new Joomla 1.5.3 site:

Quote
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare deldir() (previously declared in /home/user/mydomain.com/plugins/system/legacy/functions.php:713) in /home/user/mydomain.com/administrator/components/com_jcalpro/installer/installer.class.php on line 517

I've uninstalled it and also deleted the table in the database, but I get this message on each fresh installation. I'd appreciate help.

My Info:

Mysql : 5.0.45-community
PHP:       5.2.5
Apache/2.2.8

It hasn't worked once yet.

Thanks

Can you try the installation with legacy plugin disabled.

I can't help with CB Smiley

In any case, JCal should work regardless of the legacy plugin. So if this problem is related to the legacy plugin, we need to know.

OK
I deactivated the legacy plugin and tried to install:
Message:
Appears to be for a previous version - activate the legacy plugin

Hmm..

Are you using JCal Pro 1.5.x MVC for Joomla 1.5?

Looking at the zip file I see:

com_jcalpro_1_5_3_2.zip

It looked like the latest to me.

Well..
I can't do more than go to the
JCal Pro for Joomla! 1.5 Section
in downloads and click on the one and only button for the component. That's what I did this evening.

I've downloaded the latest build and I'll try it tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

Regards

The file name should be "com_JCal-Pro-MVC_beta_1.5.3_build_xxx.zip"

Hi

It's Morning and I''m at it again.
The component installed fine - thanks!

I installed the spartan theme and when I tried making it default, I get this:

Quote
Fatal error: Call to undefined function defaulttemplate() in /home/User/domain.com/administrator/components/com_jcalpro/controller.php on line 95

Then I read the previous post. Hope that the theme will be available soon.

All the rest works wonderfully.
Thanks

PS. I do appreciate your rapid responses very much  Wink

Hi, I've got the same problem.... same error

You mean that you also installed JCal 1.5.3.2 on Joomla 1.5 instead of JCal MVC for Joomla 1.5?
