The rounded corners seen on the minical on the demo site are actually part of the site template and not part of JCal itself. In order to replicate the rounded corners seen on the demo you will need to make modifications to your module backgrounds as described here (http://docs.joomla.org/Creating_rounded_corners)

This is really frustrating, as it was one of the primary reasons I felt the template subscription was worth buying - saving myself the time of figuring out the module styling myself.

I love the calendar and I love supporting development of open source projects (I've donated financially and with my talents to many) - but I would sure have appreciated knowing this before I subscribed.

we have tried to make this clear on the demo site:

** The rounded-corner backgrounds for the mini-calendar and upcoming events modules shown above are part of the site template and are NOT included with the JCal Pro themes. However, numerous tutorials describing the addition of rounded-corner backgrounds to modules are available.

Please note that every theme and template requires some customization. If you have a template with rounded corners already, those module styles can be applied to the jcal modules also.

THEN TAKE THEM OFF THE DEMO

That's like displaying a Cadillac for sale and shipping a Pinto! Not professional or honest no matter how it was listed. Not to mention the time to find this forum.

Put this in your FAQ while your at it, my time is worth more then this.
