I am about to choose a Joomla 1.5 template for a new website, and I plan JCal to play an important part on the website.

I am looking at a template from yootheme.com, among others, but before I choose I want to be sure that I won't get any surprises when I start implementing it.

-Can I change the design of Jcal so that it fits with the design of the rest of my site?

I wrote an email to yootheme to ask if yootheme templates work well together with JCal in Joomla 1.5, or if there may be any implications. They didn't know Jcal in depth and couldn't answer...

-Does anyone know if Jcal and Yootheme templates work together well?

Thanks for any answer.

Good to hear filterit. I chose the Yoo Beyond, and I see that JCal can be integrated with it. But our need is focusing down to an event calendar where I can customize the columns in the calendar to fit our content, and to be able to book and pay the events online. And I haven't found a combination of extensions yet that can do it.

Do you have any ideas?

I use JcalPro 1.6 ( I know its beta, but...I like it)

I also use EventList, but this is for private events as it is the GroupJive Hacked version.

I have tried JEvents which is okay, but I belive you can use Attend Events with it to take payments.

Thanks. I am tempted to Use 1.6 beta, but before I go for it, are you saying that I can also use it for booking events? (I haven't build an event calendar before)
