This is how it look admin page

Joomla language:            serbian
JCalPro language:           Serbian    Using "com_jcalpro/languages/serbian/index.php"
Locale settings to attempt:    sr,serbian,sr_CS,sr_CS.utf-8
Locale setting successful:     sr_CS    (first server locale match)
Date/time in 24-hour format:   ,  07, 2008 At 22:10
Date/time in 12-hour format:   ,  07, 2008 At 22:10:15

HI Sloba,

leave only the utf locale setting in

Locale settings to attempt:    sr_CS.utf-8

,'locale' => array('sr_CS.utf8')

verify the correct name of the directory in your server sr_CS.utf-8 or sr_CS.utf8 (in my server the second choice is the correct, without "-") you can see in /usr/lib/locale

Regards,
GEO
