No specific programming but sh404 handles all components that have a router.php file to direct SEF URLs so if Gamesbox is SEF capable, yes.

Does sh404sef will at least get rid of the component/gamesbox part of the url? Also will it do meta management for gamesbox plugin like title, description, etc automatically?
