As you may have read, we keep our subscription fees 50%-75% lower than most commercial vendors of Joomla! extensions. As a result, support is not included with subscriptions for our GPL-licensed extensions.
However, a free and public community forum is available:

A quick search will reveal a fix or answer to most issues.
If you cannot find an answer to your problem, please read the thread below and then post on the appropriate board.

While we cannot commit to solving the issue, forum activity is robust and we actively monitor the forum during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 10AM to 4 PM, GMT-6).
